On March 29th, Plurilock announced its intent to acquire Southern California cybersecurity provider Aurora Systems Consulting, Inc.
The acquisition adds CAD$35.8 million to Plurilock’s top line, new presences in Southern California and India, new government purchasing vehicles, and the ability to resell an extensive line of cybersecurity products.
