This transaction will establish additional sales distribution channels and resources to better service prospective Canadian customers.

As a result of the transaction, Plurilock will gain an experienced, successful sales and professional services team and established relationships with the Canadian governmental agencies.

Integra will maintain its brand and will be housed in Plurilock’s Solutions Division.
